Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for TCL Mobile phones in the assigned area.
- Identify and establish relationships with retail partners, understanding their needs and showcasing our product offerings.
- Plan and execute regular visits to retailers to promote products, provide training, and gather market insights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute product promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to contribute to informed decision-making.
- Handle retailer inquiries and concerns professionally, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications
- A Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand and address retailer
- needs effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
- Valid Riding license and access to personal transportation.
