The Limited Warranty does not cover:
- To consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coating that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to the defect in materials or workmanship.
- To cosmatic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken plastic ports.
- To damage caused by accident, abuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, external cause.
- To damage caused by operating the product outside the published guidance.
- To damage caused by the service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any unauthorized Service Provider.
- To protect that has been modified or alter functionality or capacity without written permission.
- To any device which the serial number has been removed.
DOA POLICY
- When a product is defective after the customer has purchased it.
- Within 7 days from activation/ Purchase.
- Hardware defects only.
- Product needs to physically reach service center on time for DOA.
- Eligibility can be decided only by the service center, with the complete device box and accessories.
- Not applicable for:
- Software accessory defect.
- Customer misuse/ Phyisical damage/ Liquid damage.
Repairs for non-warranty items
- Non-warranty items will be taken under the service custody once the estimated amount is paid and sent through the job sheet/ request, LKR 500 to be paid.
- Estimates will be valid for 7 days, if the payment is made, repair will proceed, if not unit will be returned. And if the repair is confirmed, the estimate fee will be waived off.
